ISB PGPpro is a Weekend Executive MBA (EMBA) equivalent program designed to meet career consolidation goals of mid-career working professionals.
The program allows professionals to gain deep strategy and leadership insights, specialize in either Finance or Marketing, and enhance their decision-making abilities and managerial skills.
Offered in Bengaluru, Delhi (NCR), Hyderabad and Mumbai: This program is the first program from ISB to be offered outside its campus locations. There is no need to travel to ISB campuses - get the ISB experience at your doorstep. The classes in Bengaluru will take place at Hotel Sheraton Grand, Westin Gurugram in Delhi (NCR), Indian School of Design and Innovation in Lower Parel, Mumbai and in Hyderabad they will take place at the ISB campus.
Campus Visits: Two weeks of classes are held on ISB campuses - one week at Mohali and one week at Hyderabad
International Week: Participants also have the opportunity for one international immersion in an Asian country.
Convenient Format: Classes are held on alternate weekends (Sat & Sun) and online modules for a few hours in the intervening weeks. No need to take leave from work.
Blended learning: An effective mix of synchronous/ asynchronous online learning combined with majority of learning in the classroom
Options for Specialization*: The program has a Strategy and Leadership focus with one additional area of specialization in either Finance or Marketing
* A specialization may not be offered if the enrolment for a specialization is less than 25% of the enrolled students.
The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline.
The admission process is selective. Only high potential candidates make it to the program.
